Website and form data
Our enquiry form collects your name, work email, company, optional phone number, service interest, project location and the message you choose to provide. We use this information to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage a potential or existing business relationship, prevent form abuse, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. Cloudflare processes standard technical request information and the form security check to deliver and protect the website.
Email enquiries
Form submissions are delivered to our Zoho Mail inbox. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you choose to provide. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated advertising or sell it to third parties.
Website analytics
We use PostHog in its US cloud region from the first page load to understand page visits, navigation, clicks, page interaction, site performance, technical errors and useful actions such as opening a tool, starting or completing the enquiry form, and using the gratuity calculator. Analytics may include an anonymous browser identifier, page path, referral source, general browser or device information, and a privacy-masked replay of the visit. PostHog stores the anonymous identifier and any opt-out choice in browser storage. We do not identify website visitors or create person profiles.
All input values are masked before replay data is sent. The enquiry form and gratuity calculator form are excluded completely, and recordings do not include console logs, network headers, network bodies or cross-origin frames. PostHog does not receive enquiry-field values. For the gratuity calculator, event analytics record only a broad service-length band, whether the result was eligible, whether the statutory cap applied and whether unpaid absence was included. We do not send salary, employment dates, exact service length or the calculated amount. You can disable or re-enable analytics at any time below. Please do not send candidate data
Mesh Workforce does not collect CVs or candidate applications through this website. Please do not email passports, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive personal data unless a specific, lawful and secure process has first been agreed.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with professional advisers, service providers or an applicable licensed delivery partner only where necessary, lawful and appropriately controlled. Retention depends on the purpose, contractual requirements and applicable law.
